Pour water over Bran Buds and let stand. Mix together oil, sugar, apple sauce, eggs, buttermilk and All Bran. Sift dry ingredients and add to other mixture. Fold in soaked bran. Makes 4 quarts. Can store in ice cream bucket covered for up to 4 weeks. Grease muffin tin with Pam and fill 2/3 full. Bake a t 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
