A little background

I have struggled with excess weight all of my life, especially after having three children. I was wearing a size 18-20 and had to decide whether I was going to get a larger size or what..what was the key?

I had tried several diets, and knew from my own personal experience that just dieting wasn't the answer.

I decided to take a 'healthy' approach. I reasoned that, even if I never lost the weight, being healthy and fit was the way to go. Thru trial and error, I gradually developed a system that was grounded in a healthy lifestyle and powered by a scientifically developed exercise program... and began to see the pounds melt. I was cautiously optimistic. I did more research, wading thru the massive amounts of information and 'dis-information available. That eventually evolved into the whole "Health Seekers Technology" approach to weight management thru exercise and a healthy lifestyle, while embracing the new technologies available today.

Our system takes the 'guess work' out of weight management. I have been teaching weight loss for 10 years now and I can honestly say "Our system works!"
