Stretch Station

Stretching is one of the most vital components of the fitness regime, but it’s also one of the most overlooked. To solve this, Keiser created an ingeniously simple workstation where your members can perform a minimum of 17 essential stretches from neck to calf.

The Stretch Zone accommodates up to 8 exercisers at a time on a frugal 40 sq ft/3.7 m surface. It lets people of all ages and types stretch standing up instead of sprawling over floor space or leaving fingerprints on your walls. It adds up to a lot of good reasons to add a Stretch Zone to your facility.

Upper back Leg press
The Upper Back is a very effective exercise for the shoulder girdle and shoulder-joint muscles.

The two grip variation on this machine allow individuals to do seated row exercises in strict form and with some variety.

This machine also features and adjustable chest cushion which helps stabilize the exercise posture.

For muscles of the upper back. Resistance range
0-260 lbs

From your first workout on the Keiser leg press you'll notice the extremely smooth motion designed into the machine.

The fully adjustable seated position protects the lower back by keeping it stabilized, offering a better pre-stretch on the glutes causing them to be more active during exercise.

Conveniently located hand grips also contain thumb buttons for on-demand resistance control.

Chest Press Leg extension

The creative engineering of the Bi-axial Chest Press combines two chest movements into one exercise.

As you press outward, as you would in a standard bench press, the hands also move inward, taking the chest muscles through a greater range of motion.

This increased range of motion, along with the natural strength curve generated by the Bi-axial movement ensure maximum development of the important muscles of the chest and upper arm. The individual movement of the press arm prevents the stronger side from helping out the weaker side.

Adjustable resistance is controlled by thumb buttons located in each handgrip.

The Keiser Leg Extension machine was carefully designed to make it easy to get into. Exercisers from 4'10" or 6'8" find our leg extension a comfortable fit because leg cushions and seat back are fully djustable without getting up from the machine.

The seat back adjusts forward and back without changing the tilt, protecting the lower back during exercise.

The handgrips house the thumb buttons which regulate the air pressure allowing convenient resistance control at any time while exercising.

Lat pull down Leg curl

The revolutionary design of the Keiser Lat Pull Down eliminates the cable, thereby reducing maintenance and, better yet, the chance of injury to the user.

The Keiser Lat Pull Down is the first to use a mechanical linkage to provide the proper linear pull previously obtainable only with a cable system.

The open handle design, instead of an overhead bar, further reduces the chance of injury by eliminating the possibility of bumping the head, neck or nose during exercise.

For the muscles of the upper back and shoulders. Resistance range: 0-250 lbs.

The 250 Leg Curl offers easy entry and exit in a seated position machine. Many people find seated leg curls less intimidating.

The seated position also protects the lower back by preventing the hamstrings from pulling the pelvis and straining the lower back. The leg cushions and seat back are easily adjusted to comfortably fit almost
any user.

An adjustable cushion holds the thighs in a comfortable and stable position for maximum results.

Thumb buttons, which control resistance, are conveniently located on the thigh support, allowing variable control during the workout.

Abdominal Stationary

The Keiser Abdominal is an essential and popular exercise. Few machines can duplicate the movement and effectiveness of the Keiser Abdominal.

The secret is being able to create an intense abdominal exercise without involving the hip flexors.
